• (25378) Technical construction management for water and wastewater facilities, framework agreement The competition concerns the delivery of construction management within electrical and automation, framework agreement. Annual volume is NOK 12,000,000 ex VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down, and during the contract period will depend on, among other things, the client's needs, activities, budget situation and other framework factors. Maximum value, including any options and expected price increase: NOK 100,000,000 ex VAT. For more information, we show to the procurement documents. A draft of the competition basis itself is attached to this qualification basis. The client reserves the right to make minor, non-significant changes to this basis before suppliers are invited to provide offer. By its nature, this procurement is assessed to have an insignificant impact on the climate and environment, cf. § 7-9, fifth paragraph of the regulations. The reason for this is that the procurement concerns the purchase of consultancy/advisory services where the client is cut off from influencing the climate and the environmental impact, since requirements and criteria aimed at these elements will not have a sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. DFØ's environmental guide. The client has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. § 7 of the Procurement Act, and concluded that there are no requirements for apprentices in this procurement as the main element of the contract does not include work where it is relevant to use labor with professional...
