- Description:
- The tenderer shall be able to provide software maintenance, support and supplementary licences and services on all Microsoft software that the Customer has and other Microsoft software offered through Microsoft's volume licence agreements. The agreement shall have flexibility so that the Teshall decides when new technology is phased in/out. The contract will apply for all products, licences, services, including cloud services, that are covered by the portfolio. The tender documentation will have requirements for LSP status. The agreement also includes services for the entire Microsoft portfolio. Services can include consultancy and technical assistance for the entire product and service spectrum, including assistance with collecting the necessary information to assess the offered products and services ́ fulfilment of the General Data Protection Regulation ́s requirements.
