Larvik municipality will build a new town hall on the square in Larvik. Property Torget 1 has been purchased, and it has been politically decided that this building should be completely rehabilitated and that it will be built with an extension. The finished result should be the workplace for 310 office employees, but a coverage rate of 60%is calculated, so that at least 186 workstations are needed in the finished building. In addition to this, there is also a desire for a library in the building.
