- 26/00166 - Procurement - Framework agreement for financial advice and assistance - 5600 The competition concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement on consultancy services to assist the Norwegian Institute of Marine Research with business management, finance, accounting and financial system changes. The framework agreement will be concluded with one supplier. It is desirable that the supplier offers four consultants who collectively cover the four major subject areas: (1) business management, (2) finance, (3) accounting, and (4) financial system changes. The consultants will cooperate closely with the professional environment at HI. By financial system changes is meant financial assistance for migration, implementation and operation of financial systems. Unless otherwise agreed, the consultants must as a general rule have their place of work at the client's premises in Nordnesgaten 50, 5005 Bergen. However, this can be waived in the individual call-off if the situation warrants this, e.g. where an assignment is of a smaller scope. The maximum value for this framework agreement is NOK 15.0 million ex. VAT. The contract must have a duration of one year, with the possibility of extension for 1+1 + 1 year (option). The total duration can then be 4 years.
