26/05319 Contact center for the Customs Agency 1.3.1 Purpose description In order to be able to guide business and private individuals in a good way, it is important that the guidance section has good tools that support this guidance so that it is both correct and can carried out with appropriate use of resources. The customs agency needs a solution that handles public inquiries in an efficient way, and that uses artificial intelligence to make the working hours of our agents more efficient. The customs office is looking for a partner who supports us with a high level of expertise throughout the contract period, ensures the further development of the service and contributes to the continuous adoption of new solutions by the Norwegian Customs Authority.
