• (26/347) Height pool, execution contract VA The competition concerns the construction of an elevated pool, execution contract VA. The value of the acquisition is estimated at: NOK 100,000,000 ex. VAT The volume is an estimate and is not binding on the client. Too close information we refer to the procurement documents. APPRENTICE: The duty to require an apprentice is considered to apply to this procurement, cf. Procurement Act § 7. See the attached seriousness regulations for more information. ENVIRONMENT: Supply regulations § 7-9, fourth paragraph applies in this procurement. Reference is made to the explanation in 3. Environmental requirements and justification. On the basis of the above review, which identifies the key climate and environmental impacts in the project, requirements are chosen over criteria, as overall this will provide the best climate and environmental effect when implementing the plant, as well as for future operation and maintenance of the water supply system. The form of enterprise is main enterprise with specified post descriptions. Sustainable good, durable and easy-to-maintain materials are used as a basis, chosen by the consultant and the client in collaboration. As far as the supplier market is concerned, it is considered mature and most will be able to meet the requirements for plant implementation. It is considered overall as better to set requirements that must be fulfilled by the suppliers in the implementation of this project than to compete for different degrees of fulfillment.
