• 27HAV25 - Framework agreement - laser scanning PURPOSE AND SCOPE Oslo Havn KF currently has a framework agreement with FDVhuset AS for the purchase of FDV services through the FAMAC solution. The client has carried out a comprehensive implementation of FAMAC and is now ready for use functionality linked to the Digital twin module. To ensure accurate and efficient use of this module, a framework agreement must be established for services within 3D laser scanning, point cloud processing and BIM modelling. The purpose of the agreement is to support digital property management, enrich FDV data and facilitate the future use of machine learning and analysis in operation and management. The procurement will include 35 buildings with a total area of ​​approx. 116,000 m², which is currently rented out to various businesses. The buildings vary in type and use - from warehouse and operational buildings to restaurants and office premises. Several of the buildings lack updated drawings, which makes this acquisition important for establishing a precise and up-to-date digital database. Updated models and drawings are necessary both for fire plans, land management and the correct basis for letting. Scanning must include both interior and exterior, and be carried out with sufficient accuracy to support modeling in accordance with the Port of Oslo's BIM requirements for digitization of buildings. The framework agreement must cover ongoing needs over the agreement period, with call-offs as needed.
