3rd call for tender: General consumables for pathology at the healthcare institutions in Helse Vest RHF
This is the third announcement of a competition with the same name. Overall, we would like to make providers aware of a significant change in the new announcement compared to the previous one. Many have been received questions regarding product samples, and many of the questions relate to the need for large quantities of product samples for inspection. The client has decided that in the new competition there will be no requirement for tenderers to deliver product samples for inspection in connection with submitting tenders. An assessment will be made after a preliminary written evaluation of those received if there is a need for further verification through testing. Costs of such a trial will be covered by the Client if it is to be tested clinically (ref. Competition regulations point 3.10) So that suppliers do not have to review documents that are unchanged - overview of which documents have been changed: Appendix 1 - Price form Column E (Samples for evaluation/inspection per company) is removed in its entirety - there are no requirements for samples for inspection Correspondingly, comments relating to samples have been removed Added that size 24 x 24 mm is permitted under subcontract 13 (point 13.4) - cf. answer to question no. 2 in "Questions, answers and changes" published in canceled competition Appendix 2 - Specification of requirements New minimum requirement: M74 Updated quality requirement K47M20: Added "or similar" Competition provisions Point 3.10 Va...
