NB! This is the third publication of a tender contest with the same name. Generally we will make tenderers aware of a significant change in the new notice compared to previous publications. Many questions have been received regarding product samples, and many of the questions are related to the need for large quantities of product samples for inspection. The contracting authority has decided that in a new competition tenderers are not required to deliver product samples for inspections in connection with submitting a tender. An assessment will be taken after a provisional written evaluation of the received persons if further verification is required through the testing. The costs involved in this trial will be covered by the Contracting Authority if clinical trials are to be tried (c.f.
