Kort beskrivelse : We require a manual 4-axis ultra-high vacuum (UHV) manipulator for a custom-built vacuum system and custom sample heating stage. The manipulator will be used for moving the sample through the vacuum chamber between various deposition sources, conductivity measurements and sample transfer into the analysis chamber. A flexible system with later upgrade possibilities, such as cooling and other electrical feedthroughs will be considered an advantage.
