Description:
Tenders Are Invited Ringerike municipality has started the project after the damage caused to the area during the "Hans" flood in August 2023. The area around Nordre Park and Glatved was very exposed during the flood, and in some cases extensive damage. The water has burrowed into Nordre park towards a water basin which is located here, and this areathey must be secured with a new wall to protect against the waterfall. Furthermore, the entire walkway between Nordre park and towards the footbridge over the waterfall is completely damaged and must be reestablished. The footpath and the slope towards the river from the footbridge and towards Glatved wharf are partly badly damaged and must be re-established and secured against future flooding events. Dthere are also some smaller slips further up in the direction of Molvaldgata that must be repaired and secured. It is highly desirable that the work should be finished by mid-May, and the work towards the waterfall and the river must be finished before any spring floods.
