50-BYM-2024-Framework agreement for service and maintenance of the City Environment Agency's lightweight vehicles (below 3500 kg)
This procurement has been announced twice before, when consisting of four different sub -contracts. Only sub -contract 1 - framework agreement for service and maintenance of light vehicles (below 3500 kg) is now illuminated. Unlike the other two times this framework agreement has been announced, the following amendment has now been made to the requirements specification: point 1.2.3, "Execution of annual calibration of alcolocks", has been changed from a must requirement to a should requirement. The purpose of the procurement is for a framework agreement to be entered into that addresses the overall need for controls, service and maintenance of the agency's lightweight vehicles where a previous service agreement has expired. This can e.g. be after the warranty period has expired. Insurance damage covered by the counterparty's insurance company does not enter this framework agreement. Most of the agency's passenger cars and vans under 3500 kg are electric. Given that there is a city council decision that all machines and vehicles in the municipality of Oslo should be zero emissions by the end of 2025, fossil -powered vehicles will be phased out continuously.
