Short description: New cooling and freezing facility at Rossvollheimen nursing home. Address dairy forest 26, 7353 Børsa in the Skaun Municipal News The project includes the establishment of CO2 refrigeration and freezing facilities. Compressor system with heat recovery and gas cooler located exterior. Prefabrikked plant calculated preaching. In terms of construction, existing refrigeration and freezer rooms are retained. New cooling technical installations for all 6 cooling / freezer rooms as well as cooling of kitchens via 2 roof-mounted cooling units. Reference is made to the enclosed system diagram showing the number of refrigeration and freezer rooms, effects, outfields. In addition to the cooling and freezer room, 2 pcs must be included. Roof mounted cooling units in kitchen plan 2. Preheating the building's tap water. The building is today equipped with 4 cold rooms and 2 freezer rooms. The rooms are connected to common compressor facilities with the exception of a cold room in plan 2 which has its own DX system. The cooling machinery is from 2002, built with Bitzer compressors with refrigerant R404a. (R507a). Water -cooled capacitors with exterior dry cooler for heat release. Water /glycol circuit. The compressor system is located in plan 1 under stairs. Evapors are of a new date. The plant must be sanitized in its entirety.
