- PURPOSE AND SCOPE Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Urban Environment (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) invites tenderers to a competition with negotiations for the procurement of a back-end system for municipal charging infrastructure. The contracting authority is responsible for the management, operation, maintenance and development of municipal urban areas and streets in Oslo. This includes common areas such as roads, streets, car parks, meeting places, parks and recreation areas, municipal sports and outdoor facilities, as well as municipally owned areas in the Countryside and inner Oslofjord. The agency shall ensure inviting urban areas with good cleaning and waste management, planting in parks, lighting, maintenance of streets, roads, footpaths and bridges. BYM is also a facilitator and motivator for sports, leisure activities, nature experiences, public health and cultural experiences, as well as responsibility for parking and charging of all types of vehicles on public roads and streets. All communication, including any questions, shall be conducted through the municipality's tender management tool. The objective and extent of the procurement.
