65-BYM-2025 Rear system for municipal charging posts in Oslo municipality
PURPOSE AND SCOPE The Municipality of Oslo at the Urban Environment Agency (hereafter referred to as the Client) invites you to a competition with negotiation in connection with the purchase of a rear system for municipal charging infrastructure. The client is responsible for management, drift, maintenance and development of municipal urban spaces and streets in Oslo. This includes common areas such as roads, streets, car parks, meeting places, parks and recreational areas, municipal sports and outdoor facilities, as well as municipally owned areas in Marka and inner Oslofjord. The agency must provide a welcoming environment urban spaces with good cleanliness and waste management, planting in parks, lighting, maintenance of streets, roads, footpaths and bridges. BYM is also a facilitator and motivator for sports, outdoor life, nature experiences, public health and cultural experiences, as well as responsible for parking and charging all types of vehicles on public roads and streets. All communication, including any questions, must take place through the municipality's tool for competition implementation (KGV). Purpose and scope of the procurement The client wishes to license a CSMS (Charging Station Management System), a complete cloud-based system (SaaS) for administration and operation of all public AC chargers in the city. The system must be based on open protocols, and include approx. 2,700 existing AC chargers of various brands, as well as around 200-400 new AC chargers per year.
