77203 RH KLM PAT Immunostaining Machines V2
The Department of Pathology at OUS needs fully automated instrumentation for use in In Vitro Diagnostics (CE-IVD) for paraffin-embedded histological material, as well as fresh material (frozen sections). The instrumentation must be fully automated for both IHC (Immunohistochemistry), IF (immunofluorescence) and ISH (In-Situ Hybridization). Consumables will be offered in a separate framework agreement. The department currently carries out around 170,000 immunostainings a year with mainly protocols optimized for detection systems, and an increase in the number of samples is expected in the future. The need is two-part, and the procurement will therefore include two systems with different needs, each in its own sub-contract: System A: Must have a capacity of at least 120 glasses/day, and with a large selection of protocols with several different reagents and visualization systems (colours) at the same time: a minimum of 50 reagent slots on the instrument.System B: Must have a capacity of at least 150 glasses/24 hours and be able to perform SISH, as well as have the possibility of manual application of antibodies directly to glasses during driving. Bidders can respond to one or both subcontracts. This is Version 2 of competition 77203: This version contains changes to the competition basis, and in requirements 5.1-5.3 in appendices 3A and 3B, as well as updated price forms appendices 2.1A and 2.1B. Otherwise, the competition and all other documents are the same as for version 1. The question deadline and offer deadline are therefore set the same as for version1.
