• 8 homes with staff base, joint venture The competition concerns the construction of a house with 8 apartments with a staff base. The project is planned to be carried out as a turnkey contract with interaction in phase 1 and with a fixed price in phase 2, the implementation phase. The plot's area is 3390 m2 and the total area of ​​the home is estimated at approx. 1400 m2 BTA, distributed over two floors. Requirements for Husbanken must be met. A feasibility study has been carried out for the project, without a fully worked out/projected solution. Finally solution, area and qualities must be worked on in synergy. As of d.d. an investment framework that is large enough for the project has not been adopted. In the municipality's investment plan, a total of NOK 56.9 million has been set aside for the entire project. The feasibility study has indicated a cost of approx. 80 million. The interaction phase must be used to optimize the project in order to calculate a new price that must go through an investment decision, in order to proceed to implementation. Work must be done to get significantly below that the feasibility study shows. Stated volumes are an estimate and are not binding on the client.
