9271 Analyzer for isothermal amplification 1 Analyzer for isothermal amplification of polynucleotide sequences is to be acquired for the Department of Microbiology, Oslo University Hospital in the Life Sciences Building. The equipment must be used on a moderate number of samples for immediate help diagnostics. The equipment must be able to analyze at least the following analyzes in one and the same system:• Malaria approx. 200 tests/year.• Group A streptococci approx. 200 tests/year.• Group B streptococci approx. 200 tests/year. The procurement will also include options on one instrument, instrument-dependent consumables, service and maintenance agreement as long as the equipment is in use.
