Description:
Brief description: The Norwegian Directorate of Education (Udir) will develop an online support resource aimed at new arrivals who want to work in Norwegian kindergartens, schools and after-school care. The support resource must provide expertise, both to unskilled and skilled workers, about central laws and regulations, guidelines, values, culturer and practice in Norwegian kindergartens, schools and SFO, and thus give new arrivals who want it better conditions to quickly get to work in kindergartens, schools and SFO. The goal is that this will also be able to contribute to meeting the challenge many Norwegian kindergartens and schools have in obtaining enough and good qualificationsstaff as a result of the large number of new arrivals, particularly from Ukraine.
