Description:
Acquisition of accounting and system services
The purpose of the procurement is to establish a comprehensive and efficient solution for accounting and system services that support the Akasia group's financial management, planning and management. The services will include, among other things: Accounting and reporting Payroll and personnel administrationInvoicing and follow-up of customer receivablesReportingPayment orders and authorizationsSystem operation and support in XledgerData processor responsibility and information securityThe supplier must deliver services adapted to the group's structure and coordinate the delivery so that group reporting and internal control are taken care of. The supplier must deliver complete accounting services in line with good accounting practice (GRFS), the Bookkeeping Act, the Personal Data Act (GDPR), the Accounting Act and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as ensure proper internal control, quality and security in all processes. The agreement will commence as soon as possible, no later than 1 April 2026. The annual settlement for 2025 must be carried out by the current supplier.
