• Procurement - Analysis Services, 2026 Through this procurement, the client wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier. The purpose of the agreement is to meet the customers' needs for analysis services for VA, sludge, landfill monitoring and the environment in accordance with regulatory requirements. The municipality that has a water supply system, sewage treatment plant, landfill and sludge treatment plant is required to carry out sampling and analysis according to: • The Drinking Water Regulations • The Pollution Regulations • The Fertilizer Regulations • The Waste Regulations • The water regulations The analysis services will apply to analyzes for drinking water, wastewater, sewage sludge, leachate, leachate sediment, groundwater wells, emissions from oil separators, compost, soil, waste, fresh water, coastal water, sediment and biota. The lists above are not exhaustive. In addition to analyzes according to regulatory requirements, there is occasionally a need for other types of analyses. The client must enter into an agreement with a supplier who has the necessary expertise to assist in all phases, from the time the sample is taken until the result is available.
