- Acquisition of a comprehensive parking system The purpose of the procurement is to acquire a comprehensive parking solution that meets the needs of the municipality's parking department. This involves both a modern control and enforcement tool, customer portal/app for impositions, as well as a solution for administration and case management of impositions. Important needs will include; - Solution that takes care of the officers' task of enforcement - Solution that facilitates the customer to be able to see the charges and be able to complain about these - Printing with QR code - Solution for automatic scanning of images and license plates - Efficient handling of wrongly parked e-scooters - Case management system that can be used by several people with distribution of tasks. - Solution that supports application and processing of HC matters. - Solution that has the ability to process permissions of various types. For example, residential zones, purchased permits and municipal permits. The procurement includes the delivery, implementation and operation of a comprehensive parking solution, including necessary modules, integrations, configuration and documentation. The client is unsure of the scope of the procurement, but estimates that the total contract value for the agreement over a period of 4 years, including options, will be in the order of NOK. 1,800,000 ex.
