Brief description: Oslo municipality v/City council department for work, integration and social services (AIS), invites an open tender competition in connection with the procurement of an operator for an accelerator program in the district of S0ndre Nordstrand.AIS is responsible for measures that contribute to increased employment in Oslo og reduction of outsiderness. S0ndre Nordstrand is a district in Oslo with approx. 40,000 inhabitants. S0ndre Nordstrand is among the districts in Oslo with the highest unemployment and the greatest exclusion. There is a need to create more jobs in the district, among other things through increased entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship.
