Finnmark The county council must, according to the routine of the county housing administration, set the rent at the market price for similar housing in the relevant area. Finnmark county council has a need to carry out an external assessment of the market price for the county council housing. The task of external assessment is assigned separately for each municipality where Finnmark County Municipality has rental housing. Homes in Vadsø municipality have already been evaluated and Finnmark county municipality will now carry out a similar evaluation in other municipalities.
