Description:
Short description: The main purpose of the agreement is to ensure the client a modern and up-to-date machine park at the best price for the customer, by establishing one framework agreement with one supplier that will cover the customer's needs for cleaning machines, associated equipment and services. By associated equipment is meant parts and pproducts such as squeegee rubber, brushes, vacuum cleaner bags, air filters, wheels, batteries, sensors etc. By associated services is meant• Service, maintenance and repair of machines (both current and future)• Loan machines for service, maintenance and repair• Return scheme for obsolete cleaningmachines For a detailed description of the delivery, see appendix 1 to the contract. Estimated value for the acquisition is from NOK 20,000,000 to NOK 25,000,000 excl. VAT. The framework agreement shall have a duration of a total of 4 years from the conclusion of the contract, where the main period is 2 years in addition to 2 option years (2 1 1).
