- Acquisition - Freezing of paper archives In connection with the construction of new government quarters, the ministry community must review its paper archives and hand them over to the National Archives. The Ministry of Finance is well underway with its project for arrangement and delivery of the ministry's paper archive. Due to the construction of a new government quarter, the ministry's project group will move its workplace from the premises in Akersgata to the Swedish Archives' premises in Sognsvann. In this process, all the archive material that is to be included must be included Parish water is frozen to prevent the occurrence of pests, particularly silverfish and bearded insects, which have been detected by the conservator in the premises during previous inspections. The Ministry of Finance's paper archives consist of approximately 1,500 shelf meters - approximately 14,330 archive boxes in total. Total estimated value for the acquisition is from NOK 400,000 excl. VAT to NOK 500,000 excl. VAT If the client uses the option for transport services, the price estimate will be from NOK 1,000,000 excl. VAT to NOK 1,100,000 excl. VAT The estimate is not binding for the client. For a detailed description of the delivery, see appendix 1 to the agreement.
