- Description:
- Vagan municipality wishes to enter into an agreement with the developer to purchase up to 15 care homes in a housing association or condominium. The shares must be sold on or rented out to residents who need round-the-clock health and care services. A prerequisite for being able to enter into an agreement is that the developer and housing associationget fulfills the criteria set out in this competition basis. It is also assumed that Vagan municipality is granted an investment grant from the Housing Bank and that there is a decision on sufficient funding to buy the shares in the housing association. The agreement is estimated to have a total value of DKK 65 millionner kroner.
