Description:
The purpose of the acquisition is to cover the need for license management of Microsoft and Adobe products for customers in the Purchasing partnership at Sunnm0re. License management means the purchase and maintenance of licenses and software and internal consultancy/Software Asset Management (SAM). The agreement must ensure that onlythey have the most appropriate and economically favorable license agreements at all times, and that the customers have access to an advisory service that is qualitatively and economically favorable. Group purchasing in Alesund municipality carries out the procurement on behalf of the following municipalities: Alesund, Sula, Giske, Haram, Fjord, Stranda, Sykkylven, Hareid, Ulstein, Her0y, Sande, 0rsta, Volda and Vanylven. In addition, Alesund Parkering AS/Sunnm0re Parkering AS and the Alesund Region's port authority participate.
