Description:
Acquisition of note - recommendations of methods to investigate effects on birds in energy and transmission facilities In this project, a memo will be drawn up with recommendations for methods for investigating the effects of energy and transmission facilities (hereafter energy plant) on birds. The delivery will help ensure that the surveys provide knowledge about the impact of energy plants on birds and contribute to equal treatment and a better basis for comparison across plants. The delivery must contain an overview of existing mapping methods and an assessment of the suitability of the methods for investigating in different phases when establishing energy facilities, different species groups of birds, different facilities and finally a recommendation for appropriate methods for different species groups of birds against cost and feasibility in various energy plants. The acquisition has a fixed price of NOK 480,000 excl. VAT Offers that exceed this limit will be rejected from the competition. A complete description of the delivery follows from the requirements specification.
