Tenders are invited to the acquisition of the participant in the expert group of snointly, tailwind, tailor-generated hood, extent of danger zones, landslide array and safeguards to Sn0shred
Short description: The client wants participants (3-6 representatives) from the consulting industry which together with the NVE shall constitute an expert group of avalanches. The expert group will discuss and find solutions on avalanche winds, tailor-generated river waves, extent of danger zones, landslide array and safeguards against avalanches. The discussions will be closely linked to the project on avalanche risk from the island mountain for Mosjøen. Some themes have more general nature and will contribute to the regulations in the field of landslide and avalanche-generated river waves become clearer. NVE has ambitions that the conclusions of the expert group can be given as input to Dubk, with the hope that the conclusions can be taken on and become guiding for future handling of avalanche hazard.
