• Acquisition of printing services for Norsk Vann An agreement is to be entered into for the delivery of printing services to Norsk Vann BA The contract includes, among other things, • Production of the trade journal Vannspeilet, from word files to ready-made PDF and printed pages, 3 times a year (typically 48-80 pages, print run 1,500 copies, sent to approx. 1,400 addresses) • Course booklets / course materials, layout, printing and finishing • Brochures and information material (4-16 pages, print run 200-1,000 copies) • Posters and banners for courses, conferences and other marketing • Any post-processing such as lamination, stapling, spiral binding and book binding • Storage and dispatch of printed matter according to address list • Production of professional reports, from word file to finished PDF file / printed report, (typically 50-200 pages, circulation 100-1000 copies Note: Norsk Vann wants to reduce the need to print technical reports and is looking for more suitable ways to make the knowledge we produce more applicable. The scope of printed reports must therefore be expected to decrease during the contract period.
