Acquisition of shared micromobility Asker and Bærum Permit scheme for micromobility in Asker and Bærum On behalf of Asker municipality and Bærum municipality, Ruter announces the permit scheme for the rental of small electric vehicles in the municipalities for the permit period 01.06.2026 to and including 31.03.2028 with the possibility of options of 1 + 1 year. The purpose of arranging for a shared micro-mobility service is to contribute to the zero-growth target and increase sustainable freedom of movement for the residents of Asker and Bærum. The zero growth target is one central objective.
