Description:
Advisory services within landscape architecture and urban planning at Filipstad The aim of the competition is to engage a team of advisers who will assist Filipstad infrastructure (FIL) in the further development of urban spaces based on proposals and ideas for solutions for the urban spaces. The winner of the competition will be commissioned to prepare a comprehensive urban spatial plan for Filipstad and to assist Filipstad infrastructure as an advisor in the ongoing detailed regulation of Filipstadveien 3 etc. (HJK+). It is assumed that the proposed solutions are processed further in close collaboration with the client FIL and other players. In the competition, the invited teams are asked to prepare: · vision and strategy for process and development · detailed solution proposals for two central public city spaces: the Director-General's Commons and part of The harbor promenade with Bokkens plass and Odas plass Contract duration of the subsequent service contract: 4 years with an option of 1 + 1 year on unchanged terms.
