Agreement on search service The purpose of the procurement is to ensure accountants a comprehensive solution that gives access to up-to-date specialist knowledge, practical guidance and competence development. The purpose of the procurement: Digital reference service with up-to-date subject content in accounting, tax, VAT, payroll and company law. Access to templates, checklists and guides. Advice, courses and skills development for accounting staff. AI assistant or similar functionality for effective search and advice. This must contribute to: High quality in accounting. Effective handling of changes in laws and regulations. Better advice to customers and strengthened professional role. The digital solution must be delivered as a cloud-based service (SaaS) and be user-friendly for both accountants and financial staff. The agreement must include licence, support and updates during the agreement period. The number of users may vary and reservations are made about changes in the number of users during the agreement period. Currently, there is a need for access of 12 user licenses.
