- The procurement will ensure that measurements of air pollutants in Narvik and associated data meet the quality requirements in the pollution regulations. Narvik municipality owns two measuring stations for local air quality. One of these is included in Norway's official measurement network for air quality and reports data to EEA/ESA. The other is for internal use only. Both stations are of the FIDAS 200/FIDAS 200s type and are in operation all year round. They measure PM10, PM2.5 and PM1. One station also has a meteorological station that measures temperature, precipitation, wind direction and wind strength.
