- Albertatunet is a sheltered accommodation building in the centre of FlorΓΈ, which shall house 100 institution places, a new base for the home care services, emergency doctor surgeries, day activity shelters as well as training/rehabilitation premises and cafe. There will be a workplace for a total of 150-200 employees, and the building shall be designed in accordance with husbanken Μs requirements for institution sites and day activities. The construction project shall be carried out in two subsequent execution contracts K1 and K2, as well as K3 and K4 that transport contracts, in accordance with the following division: - K1: Ground work, water and sewage work, framework including foundations - K2: Sealed houses and fixtures (fixed) and outdoor work - K3: Backup power installations (transported to K2) - K4: Lifts (transported K2) Mobile fixtures and equipment are divided into several procurements in a later phase. This contract concerns K1 and the contractual relationship will be regulated by NS 8405, with the addition of special contract terms in Part II of the contract documentation and annexes.
