- Albertatunet K2 - Closed house, fixed interior including technical subjects and outside work With this acquisition, Kinn municipality will enter into an agreement with a contractor for residential construction and furnishing work, including technical subjects, as well as outdoor work for the planned the care building, Albertatunet. In addition, in this contract, the reconstruction of roads, including electrical and plumbing work, will be carried out around Albertatunet. Albertatunet is a planned care building in the center of Florø which will contain 100 institutional places, new base for the home services, emergency room, day activity offer as well as training/rehabilitation premises and café. There will be workplaces for a total of 150-200 employees, and the building will be designed in accordance with Husbanken's requirements for institutional spaces and daytime activities on offer. The construction project is to be carried out in two subsequent execution contracts K1 and K2, as well as K3 and K4 as transport contracts, according to the following division: - K1: Foundation work, VA work, raw construction including foundations (in progress) - K2: Closed house and furnishing (permanent), technical subjects and outdoor work + road worker. - K3: Reserve power plant (to be transported to K2) - K4: Lifts (to be transported to K2) Loose fixtures and equipment are divided into several acquisitions in a later phase
