- Alnes lighthouse - replacement of facade plates
The project consists of remediation of existing facade exterior, facade consisting of eternity plates. The plates contain asbestos. The work on remediation must therefore be carried out in accordance with current regulations for external asbestos remediation. After the remediation of existing facade, new wind barriers, barges and new facade panels from Etex will be installed. (Cement -based plates) Facade plates from Etex are supplied by the builder. (Client delivery) Alnes lighthouse is protected as a cultural heritage, a prerequisite for implementation of the project has been granted an exemption from the cultural heritage authorities.
