Description:
Narvik municipality intends to enter into a contract with Drytech AS for a stand-by warehouse for freeze-dried food. The aim of the agreement is to establish a store for freeze-dried food in order to safeguard the municipality ́s self-preparedness. This includes distribution and annual rolling between several storage locations. The contract ́s estimated value is approx. NOK 400,000 over a five year period. The Contracting Authority needs a delivery that includes food with high nutritional content and long shelf life. We would like variety in the food offer, including vegetarian and vegan alternatives. The food shall be stored at several locations, and the necessary logistics and annual rollover must be facilitated during the agreement period. The contracting authority is not aware of other suppliers in the Norwegian market who can provide these services. If there are other tenderers who believe they can take on the assignment, please register in writing to the ole.tobias.olsen@narvik.kommune.no by 4 May, 23:59. Should several tenderers register their interest, the contracting authority plans to publish the competition in early June 2025.
