Description:
The aim of the procurement is to procure a new automation system for an analysis hall in the Laboratory Clinic at Haukeland University Hospital, as well as two free-standing instruments for clinical chemistry and immune chemistry and two free-standing haematology instruments to the laboratory at Voss Hospital. We are now publishing a hearing, requesting feedback on the entire tender documentation from the supplier market prior to the publication of the competition for Lot 1 and Lot 2. We strongly encourage relevant tenderers to use this opportunity to provide feedback before the competition is published. We would like feedback on whether the requirements are unreasonable, unclear or contain errors, and whether there are generally other conditions that are unclear or unreasonable in the requirement specifications, contract or annexes. Tenderers are asked to be particularly aware of the formulations of minimum requirements and contractual requirements, as a lack of fulfilment of these can lead to rejection. Tenderers are asked to look specifically at the requirement for solution proposals (Sub-area 1 - Annex 2 Requirement Specifications: Requirement M.4.4 in tab 4. General requirements) and what shall be included in the equipment etc. in the solution proposal. We would like feedback on all elements included in the solution proposal to be placed within the available area.
