Application Management Platform
The agreement includes the delivery of a SAAS solution over the Internet, which acts as a platform for PATCH Management (Software Updies), an application catalog for end users who are platform-dependent, as well as a framework to be used for software installation on clients administered both in the cloud and locally (on-premises). The solution will offer an application catalog that can easily make a selection available to end users. The solution should be integrated with existing infrastructure (Microsoft 365/Azure, Citrix, SCCM) for application flow. The solution must also be able to make applications available from other portals (Citrix AppStore, Microsoft Store, App Store (Apple)). The solution should be user -friendly for end users and time -saving for system administrators that handle application operation. Standard software solutions (Cots-Commercial Off-the-Helf) will be preferred. For more information on the scope and content of the acquisition, see SSA-L Appendix 1
