Appraisal of property tax objects for Karm0y and Haugesund municipalities
There are two municipalities participating in the competition. Each municipality is a separate legal entity, and must enter into separate agreements with the contracting parties. The relevant municipalities that are part of the agreement are: Karm0y municipality Haugesund municipality The purpose of the procurement is to carry out a new general assessment for property tax for Karm0y and Haugesund municipalities. The client requests offers for the delivery of services for a new general assessment of properties from and with 2027, based on the Property Tax Act. The announcement applies to the following subcontracts: Subcontract 1 - Appraisal of general properties such as residential, leisure and commercial properties. Subcontract 2 - Appraisal of special commercial properties.
