- Architectural service Tana municipality The client in this procurement is Tana municipality k.nr 5628 Tana municipality needs to acquire architectural services to investigate and develop school buildings, associated learning and support functions as well as further development of the Environmental Building. The need is rooted in input from Deanu sámeskuvla and Tanabru school, in combination with relevant methodological and structural parts from previous feasibility studies. For Miljøbygget, the work will build on the ongoing feasibility study and contribute to develop a future-oriented multi-purpose building with enhanced functionality and a Sami profile. The municipality must ensure that requirements for Sami learning environments are taken care of as an integrated part of the planning. There is a need for an updated and verifiable room and function programme for alle tre prosjekter, inkludert avklaringer av kapasitet, arealbehov og spesialrom. There is also a need for external methodology and professional support for the implementation and documentation of participation processes with pupils, staff and other relevant stakeholders. The procurement must provide a comprehensive, professionally anchored and decision-ready basis before any further progress to the preliminary project and construction case.
