- Architectural services Pre-project activity centre
The delivery shall form the basis for detailed design, necessary applications, including framework permission, and obtaining offer from contractor. The preliminary project will form the starting point for the tender basis (performance specification/ functional description) for use in subsequent procurement of turnkey contracts. Start-up is expected soon. A feasibility study has been prepared which is made available together with other parts of the competition, cf. Part I, Appendix 6. However, it is specified that this is not a guide for the competition. The contract may include additional work associated with the project.
