Tenders Are Invited Background The Norwegian catapult is to be a contribution to an effective and powerful Norwegian green industrial initiative. The most important basis for this is that leading industrial consortia step forward and make their expertise, technology and test facilities available. When the Norsk catapult scheme was initiatedt with the first five catapults, it resulted in the availability of technology and test facilities at a present value 10 times the public support. So far, more than 40 core partners have made available internationally leading technology and test facilities worth more than NOK 2 billion. De same partners have also made more than 800 industrial experts available to provide services to companies from all over the country. Norwegian catapult meets a need, and the catapults have since 2018 provided assistance to nearly 4,000 companies. Today's catapult offer only covers parts of the competence areasthose and the capacity that is in demand, and it is now expected that Norwegian Catapult will contribute to Norwegian business: Faster realizing the ambitions described in strategic roadmaps such as Green Industrial Lift and Roadmap for the Health Industry Can succeed with an industrial SME (small-medium-sized businessdrives) lift for a high number of companies from all over the country With this image, Siva will prepare a development plan for the catapult scheme with perspective 2025-2028.
