• Description:
• Audit services The competition concerns a new audit agreement for Andøy municipality and Andøy Havn KF. The agreement includes an accounting audit, management audit and ownership control. The value of the acquisition is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the client. For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. The client reserves the right to cancel the competition, including in connection with budgetary coverage and political approval. The election of an auditor must be approved by the municipal council. By its nature, this procurement is assessed to have an insignificant impact on the climate and environment, cf. regulations §7-9, fifth paragraph. The reason for this is that the procurement concerns the purchase of consultancy/advisory services where the client is cut off from influencing the climate and the environmental impact, since requirements and criteria aimed at these elements will not have a sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. DFØ's environmental guide. The client has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. Procurement Act § 7, and concluded that there are no requirements for apprentices in this procurement as it is considered disproportionate, because there is a need for specialized competence that an apprentice cannot be expected to possess, cf. the Apprenticeship Regulations § 6 (4).
