Audit Services for Research Projects
The Meteorological Institute (MET) invites to an open tender competition to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of external audit services for use in EU-funded research projects and other assignment projects where project-specific audit is required. The duration of the framework agreement is 2 years, with an option for extension for a further 1 + 1 year. The purpose of the procurement is to ensure that MET has access to qualified audit services with relevant experience from revising research projects, especially within the EU Framework Programs Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe. The services may include revision of project accounts, control of self-financing and EU funds, as well as preparation of audit statements in accordance with the current regulations. The upper financial framework of the agreement is NOK 1.5 million for the entire period. It is uncertain which projects will Get to audit beyond those described in the tender documents, and no purchase obligation is provided for volume or number of assignments.
