Innlandet county invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement on AV equipment. The contracting authority would like to establish a contract with a tenderer who can cover our entire assortment within the AV area. Standard solutions shall be set up in classrooms and meeting rooms so that the user friendliness, flexibility, training and use of the agreement are as easy as possible. The general would like to establish a contract with a tenderer who can help the contracting authority fulfil the following objective of the procurement: The tenderer shall offer AV equipment that fulfils high quality standards and is reliable in use. Good advice and delivery ability: Tenderers shall be able to provide professional advice on the choice and use of AV equipment, as well as ensure quick and reliable delivery. It shall be a user friendly and efficient ordering system that makes it easy to order equipment. The contract shall ensure predictable costsAll transactions and deliveries shall be well documented and verifiable in order to ensure transparency. Prices for the equipment shall be competitive, so that the value for the money is as much as possible.
