Short description: The agreement applies to Avinor AS.Avinor has lifted the development of property and land as an important measure to increase revenues in the Group. The company is already one of Norway's largest real estate players with rental income of approx. 5.5 billion in 2019. The rental income comes mainly from the rental of commercial premises in the airport terminals. Other plots and areas on both aircraft side and land side are little developed, and the Group wants to use these to generate new revenues and build lasting values. Avinor plans to develop the hubs to meet the needs of the regions, passengers, business and new transport forms. To be able to do so is given in the requirements specification, see Appendix 1 in Appendix - SSA -R.
