Description:
The framework agreement will consist of ongoing maintenance of the municipality ́s ventilation installations, aggregates, refrigerating machines and heat pumps, in addition to some projects where there are mainly no more disciplines. The contract can also include renovation projects, where several disciplines can be included and one of the parties has a coordination assignment. The assignments in the framework agreement can consist of, among other things: Control, service, maintenance and repairs of ventilation systems. Delivery and replacement of ventilation filters. Alterations, expansions and replacements of ventilation systems. Replacement of defective components General Troubleshooting Installation, welding, repairs Minor alterations to the channel network. Adjustment Control measurements of air measurements in existing installations. Delivery of filters and other materials in connection with service. Materials in connection with new installations, site renovation, alterations of sites, replacement of sites. Disposal of old/replaced installations Consulting and engineering design services Eco-increase measures Condition assessment of the existing installations. Delivery and replacement of special filters for e.g. air raid shelters. Assistance with engineering design work, consultancy services etc. At some facilities the Contracting Authority reserves the right to carry out the work itself in the contract period.
